RPG Post Requirement + Newbie Post Limit

I was thinking, what if we had a post limit say 25 that you need to post in order to play the RPG. That will help drive the community a bit more, but there might be n00bs who SPAMS just to get to the RPG. I'd say that we in force a limit that newbies can post per day for a week. (How about 3 posts and 1 topic for a day)
But they have to they have to start their first message first before the post limit comes into effect. After a week, they can post 10 posts and 2 topics a day until a month then they can post as much as they can.

I wish you had an option for "no" other than "It blows", it doesn't blow but it's not a very good idea. The RPG post limit used to be 25 posts if you remember, but the spam was horrendous as people would just post anything to get to use the RPG so it was scrapped to stop spam.

As for the other idea, we are not GameFAQs and I feel that stops good people with honest intentions from being able to become part of the community easily, it segregates new members from existing ones which is definetely not something I want.
