There has been an overload of huge avatars recently. I think the solution is that Roy can implement a MOD that limits the size of avatars to 110*110.

What do you think?

20/10, really good idea, it will make it easier on the staff to not send out as many pms to get things straight.

A max-height attribute would do this for standards-compliant browsers, shame about IE.
