Getting rid of the 6KB avatar rule
I think that the 6KB avatar rule is quite pointless. I think it should be made larger as most PNGs and animated GIFs are larger than 6KBs. I think it should be bumped up to 35KB. Pretty much nobody uses dialup anymore.
