Both a staff member and the creator of the club should be incharge of it. Because it was the creator that made the club and all.

You've missunderstood me. I didnt mean that staff would start running a club that someone has currently made up, the staff would be creating a new club for each staff member to run.

That was the idea at the time anyway.
