AT the top of the forums right t=next to the pokedex button, there should be another button thats says TPC IRC.

10/10. PERFECT idea for getting more people on.
And then it will redirect to the page whether they can use an IRC client or the Java based one.

9/10 nice idea. and next to that, a button that takes you to the 'How to use the IRC' page. >_>
