It's very interesting.
I really enjoy the color choices and placement of the words and image.
The animation part is cute, but maybe spinning a little teenie bit fast?
Also, perhaps it should be placed a little more to the right,
since it seems awfully close to the words,
and there's kinda a feeling of empty space on the edge.
other than that, it is adorable, well-constructed graphically,
and overall a very nice sig!
