Hey all, I drew these two pieces of PokÃƒÂ©mon art a while ago but I don't think I've shown them on here so I will now.

This is Sableye, I'm quite happy with the way it came out but I didn't realise it had a red gem on it's chest until quite later into the production of it and as such it looks tacky, but I like the rest of it

Here's Mawile, I'm quite pleased with how this came out, I especially like the glints in it's eye and on it's teeth, just seems to make it that bit more realistic and formidable.

What do you all think?

Oh very nice! I expecialy like the Mawile's teeth. They look intimidating ^^. The Sableye is neat.. though I don't like how sharp the edges are. The shading on both of them is great but also seems a bit unrealistic, though I think that somewhat adds to it. Very nice work though.. what program do you use?

Thanks. I use Macromedia Flash for the drawing and basic colouring (I know it's not really an art program, but I find it easier to use than Adobe Illustrator) until I get something like this:

Then I import it into Adobe Photostop to add the final effects and be left with something like this:

Sableye - I dont really like it, but what I do like about it, is it looks almost 3-D like which is really good. Eh..a 6 or 7/10.

Mawile - I like it alot. 9/10.

Ooooh.... Aaaahhhh... Me like... Both of 'em look like they're not really on the paper--like the PokÃƒÂ©mon's going to scamper off the page. Very suiting for Sableye. I like Mawile a lot. ^^

7/10. There is some yellow around the eyes. Some extra blue stuff which I have no idea what it is. Other than that it is excellent.
