That's not a sprite... That's a anime Picture. A sprite are those images of Pokemon. Like the Rukario one that some guy on some site made.

I'd call it Natureon.... The 1st gen eeveeloutions have things to do with their element.
The charmander would get a 2/10 rating. You need to do things pixle by pixle.
