You'll need to upload your "specific image" to the net, the URL you posted points to your local computer and only you can see that

Plus I doubt that Windows Explorer will let you see the Content.IE5 folder considering that Microsoft hides things like that.
@Roy: You can't see the Content.IE5 folder so mp would just have to download the image to somewhere else and upload it to ImageShack or Photosomething
