AP banner request

Can anyone make me a topsite banner to make it look more attractive.
Details:
- Any colour any pokemon in the background
- Has to say Aquapokemon Toplist
- Must be 700 x 70 pixels

Here are two I had a go at creating, I'm not sure I knew what I was doing with either of them. You were'nt very specific with what you wanted and do not have a very creative or artistic mind so they don't look very good. If you can give me some pointers I'll try again.
