A boy with a green/ purple jacket grandson of Prof. Oak is name was Blue (But in the games version of the manga is name was Green. I think the reason they change the name in the US was because. US kids going to know Red and Blue as Ash and Gary. Three letters for Red and three for Ash. Blue Oak and Gary Oak arer the same way. Plus the so what look a like.) Blue's pokémon was Hitokage (Charmander) And there was a girl with brown hair in a black dress the pokémon with her was a Zenigame (Squirtle). In the manga Prof. Oak enters the Elite Four tourament as Green. It's said a little that Prof. Oak's first name is Samuel but Angetha still call him Sammy. So the confuess of that. unoffical people com to think if she was in the Tv series Green name was be Sammy after Prof. Oak. Oh I forgot about Yellow, Yellow for a while was thought to be a boy. (I still think of Yellow as a boy) But no Yellow is a girl. And Her pokémon more less is Based of Pokémon Ganme Yellow were you get Pikachu.

Rival line Red and Blue are for sure Rivals. Green is both of there. Yellow is more less a peace maker.

I don't know what happen here about Gold the male start of Gold, Sliver and Crystal. Gold's pokémon Hinoarashi (Cyndaquil) Sliver your rival in Gold, Sliver and Crystal. Mine comes form the Pokemon Specail, too. incase you don't know Yellow is the charicter in my Avatar and siggy. "he" was recrewted by Blue (Girl) to stop the elite four, but mainly to save Red. "he" was recrewted be cause of "his" specail powers that "he" was born with. Yellow was born in viriden, just like Lance, which is why they where born with powers. Yellow first appeard in Chapter 36, Vs Dratini, which is in the RBG. serise.

1. The games never said that. Where'd it say that he was?
2. It's from the MANGA, plus the Yellow saga came before G/S.
3. Lance's first was in R/B/G/Y.
