Aurora said only 2 people from each region and shinou is a region.
And if orre spots were pick, the person would have choose shinou.

On second thought, maybe waiting would've been a better idea and maybe Shinou could've been left out.....If I make a slightly modified version of this and make a new sign-up and RPG thread, will you all re-join?
