Very basic, where's the plot?
I don't see anything for a plot except that people just follow the context of Emerald, why journey? What will these characters do? Alot of people will be uninterested because it just follows the emerald context, while they could just play the emerald version themselves.
Also, there is no background information either,
people may not have played emerald and they aren't given any information on it so they'll likely be confused if they decide to join.
Also, relating to the sign up sheet, where is the personality?
Unless you want characters to jump from one personality to another throughout the roleplay, 2 fields are vital for information so that other people who are joining know about your character.
These two are
Personality and Description,
Personality is so that people know how your character generally acts generally and in some situations,
Description is so that people can picture your character in their heads, a descriptionless character is pretty much a stick figure.
