Story: Deep in the Pokemon World Core, It was Foretold that there was A Big Light..... But there Was Also Darkness. 500 Years Ago, theres was a Hero Named Airlake. He Battled Lots of Pokemon With "his" Pokemon.

300 Years Passed and He Was Facing "Dark Master Venus". Who ever Won got to go Alive.

Airlake: You will not get away with this!

Venus: Oh, Don't Count on that. 1 on 1 Battle! Go, Kyogre! Use Hydro Pump!

Airlake: Go, Groudon! Earthquake!

Airlake Won but the Earthquake Went out of control and So did Groudon and The Pokemon Attacked him with a Fire Blast. He Did not Survive......

Plot: Some Secret Team has Found a Way to get to the Earths Core. If they get there, There will be some Serious Changes in the World.
