Isle of the Dragons.

A huge island exsisted with lovely Volcanoes, a great coastline, perfect to best describe its beauty. Pokemon and Human alike shared a great co-exsistance here. No battles really took place, it was mroe for relaxing. The people who made it home worked the feilds like way back in the days, as if technology was never made. Pokemon helped in the work, and together they would comkplete every daily chore.
One day, a group of mysterious people in black coats appeared. They went to the volcanoes, and...no one's heard of them since. Well not until recently. They have been breeding and training, all this time, some type of dragon pokemon.
The DrachÃƒÂ©, as they call it. They have taken over the place, and only they are allowed on it. Pokemon were trained in combat fight against them, and so the war would be on. The real pokemon verses the robotic ones, the DrachÃƒÂ©.

And yes, I'll allow legendaries since I didn't say they weren't, so there was no way of knowing they weren't. Fazzy, it'd be good, though, for your character to still have a gender, so let's say it's a male (as you added 'if possible') k, instead of no gender?

it never said you have to be a dragon. the drachÃƒÂ© are the dragon pokÃƒÂ©mon.

Exactly, so neo-bender, as a Haunter, is still accepted. Dragons only play a major role, seeing as the Drache are the evil robotic Pokemon controlling the place.
