[Aurora]

The Storyline
What started out as a squabble between the teams; Rocket, Magma, Aqua, and even Cipher; has turned into a full-blown underground war. So far, it hasn't affected the public too much in a negitive way. There've even been fewer team members in public to harass people, hooray!

Unfortunately, that feeling of peace around the law-abiding(and not-so-law-abiding) citizens of the four regions is coming to an abrupt halt. Massive brawls between the members of two or three teams have begun to erupt everywhere, injuring unfortunate citizens who stand just a little too close to the battlefield. Even death by misfired attacks have been reported.

Eight letters have been sent out by the International Pokemon Police to eight different trainers in different walks of life, two for every region. The trainers chosen by the IPP have trained their teams well, and have fought with the teams beforehand. But a few cracks in the system meant that four letters were misdirected to new or novice trainers, some of whom have only just earned their first badge. Still, the letters don't discriminate. All of them state that the trainers are to report to the IPP headquarters in Olivine City for further instructions, and to meet their new teammates. Will these eight trainers be able to overcome their differences and save the pokemon world? Or will rivalries and stress tear them apart?



The Sign-Up
Well, since there can only be eight trainers in the RP, I'll only have seven spots. Once we get to the heart of the RP and start seeing the different teams, I might let more join as team members. Also remember that only four trainers can be advanced, well-trained, and all that stuff. I will be a novice trainer, so no need to worry about me being one. Just fill out the form below to join. Please also remember that we need three trainers in each region, including Orre.

This takes place a year after the Pokemon XD game, so if your character comes from Orre, please use only pokemon found in the pokespots or in the sea. You can be either one of the two heros from Colosseum and XD, or even the heroine, but you are still limited by what your character can catch(or, in the case of the heroine, what the Colosseum hero can catch) in the Pokespots or snag from Snagem or Cipher in their game. The Colosseum hero(ine) can't use the purified Zangoose from XD, and the XD hero can't use the cloned Entei, Raiku, or Suicune from Colosseum.

Actually, I'd like none of the characters to have legendaries, especialy since most are novice or new trainers. Well, legendary-carrying or not, all those who wish to join may fill out the form below. You can be characters from the anime if you just aren't feeling creative, but they have to have their own team. Also, in the case of Ash's Pikachu, they abide by the same type rules as everyone else.

Appearance: Jess has light brown hair that goes past her shoulders, but it is often in a low ponytail to keep it out of her hazel eyes. Despite being outside whenever the sun is up and it's not below zero, she's rather pale and sickly-looking. She's a little under the healthy weight for her age and height - 5'11 - even though she has a ravinous appetite and eats more than her share during meals.
Attire: She always wears a dark green t-shirt, slightly wrinkled, and dusty faded jeans that were dark denim. Usually she wears white sneakers, which have turned almost brown from not being cleaned in....1 year? Well, almost. Anyway, the only accessories she has are a black belt, used to hold up her jeans better and hold her pokeballs, a new, dark denim satchel with random keyrings jingling off of it, and a small silver watch on her right wrist with Roman numerals instead of regular numbers.

History: Due to family hardship, Jess had to stay home when she turned ten. This was in Viridian at the time, so she was able to get her first pokemon, Charmander, and catch a Pidgey. She was finally able to start out on her journey, but on her 15th birthday in Saffron, she was called back home for the move to Mahogany Town in Johto.

The astericks(stars) beside the region means that the user's character is one of the four well-trained/advanced trainers. There is still one spot for Johto, Kanto, and Hoenn, and two spots for Orre. For those in Orre, your character can just move from one region to Orre and you can have whatever pokemon you'd like, although I'd prefer you use the Pokespot and snagged pokemon.

pokémon: Ghasly, Haunter, Gengar, Aron, Sableeye.
history: When he was young, Alex really had no parents. He was stranded in a desert somewhere and was almost found dead by some Ghost pokemon. The only thing that kept him alive is the care of the ghost pokemon of Lavender tower. When he was ten, the ghost pokemon that cared for him became his loyal servants. That is why he is known as the king of the dead.

Also(I cannot believe I'm saying this), we need more powerful trainers. The next two to join will have to be advanced trainers. And all Johto and Kanto spots have been filled.

History(optional): Friend of Phoebe's. She lives in Verdanturf during the spring and Summer with her mother, and moves in with her father during Winter and Autumn. She is well-traveled and prefers the "mysterious" ghost, psychic, and dark type pokemon. While in Petalburg with her father, she takes weekly visits to Mt. Pyre to train. She has already obtained the 6 or the eight Hoenn badges.
