Throughout the Mario Browser Jr. can be seen.
But is Browser Jr. really Peach's son??

If you played through Super Mario Sunshine enough, you'd realise Bowser was just lying to the kid so the brat would do the hard work and kidnap her...

It's Bowser... he kidnaps Peach all the time. That's what makes him a bad guy... getting others to do his dirty work makes him more of a bad guy, plus it means he doesnt have to do any work. In fact I seem to recal the final battle of Super Mario Sunshine takes place with Bowser lounging around in a Swimming Pool.

Bowser+Peach does NOT= Bowser Jr... for the last time, Bowser was lying to Jr.

As far as it is known, Peach has no kids...

and dragon isnt exactly how I'd explain them, they're more lizards, and lizards can still use water...

In a cutscene in Super Mario Sunshine, Bowser Jr. reveals that Peach is his mother.

And later on in the same game you realise that Bowser lied to Bowser Jr about Peach being his mother.

Bowser and peach would = some sort or human reptile mix.
bowser jr = not human reptile mix.

Anyway, I've been wondering this for a while now. Are Baby Bowser and Bowser Jr. two completely different characters, or are they the same person who is just called by different names depending on the Mario game?

Good Question. And I do have a good answer for you.

They're not the same person.

Baby Bowser is exactly that, Bowser when he was a baby. He has apeared in Yoshi Island (the original and the recent on on DS), during which Mario was also a baby (thus Baby Mario) and in Mario and Luigi: Partners. In that game the past versions of Mario and Luigi (Baby Mario and Baby Luigi) teamed up with thier older counterparts. During the corse of the game old Bowser meets up with himself as a baby, Baby Bowser.

Therefore, he is diferent from Bowser Jr, who is Bowser's Son.
