360 is the best system in the world. They say it will stay at number one for a while becuase PS3 isnt coming in a while. The best game is Final Fight Round 3 the graphics are sick as crap. The best xbox game on it is halo 2 online . 360 is so good when you have a 62 inch tv in your room hooked up with it
Giving a slightly more unbiased view... The console is nice, and the graphics are good, but they're no way outstanding - of course that's only because the true potential of the console hasnt been tapped yet. The wireless controler is nice, fluid and responsive. And while you can turn the console both on and off with it (thus never having to leave your seat) powering down takes a bit longer than pressing the off switch on previous consoles.
Games arent bad... but there's nothing pushing the envolpe in terms of gameplay. The only reason this consoles selling is the 'oh look - the graphics are better than anywhere else'. What people tend to forget in this day and age is that 'Graphics do not make a game' (that's the job of the game programers)
My personal opinion (and it is just that) is to wait until either the price drops, or both the PS3 and Revolution are out... thus getting a better idea on what can do what.

Personally I don't like Xbox or the Xbox 360, little has changed aside beefing up the Xbox. I prefer the Revolution, it has a lot more new features and is certainly trying to bring something new to the table. I also prefer Nintendo and Sony for the games, Microsoft has only ever been able to claim Halo in all it's years and that isn't even exclusive, it gets ported to the PC.
Microsoft rushed to release their console ahead of the others and it didn't generate much hype and completely failed in Japan. Whilst here there are countless Xbox 360s and used ones up for sale with the same in Japan, Xbox would rather concentrate on breaking Japan by pouring in thousands of consoles there than putting the Xbox 360s to good use by selling them in America, where it is needed most.
I think Microsoft are now very worried - as soon as the Playstation 3 and Nintendo Revolution hit, the 360 will crash and burn.
Just about everybody has, thanks to those kiosks in Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, and other places. Sure, it looks neat, but that'll probably be the only thing different about the games. At least the Revolution has a motion-sensitive controller and the PS3 has graphics that will surpass the 360.

At school one day we were reading some gaming magazine (Forget which one) And apparently the Xbox 360 was launched earlier than the ps3 to try to get more people to purchase it, and become interested in it before the release of the playstation. Im not sure if its true or not, but it has been debated on our bus ride a few times, considering we have a few fans of both consoles. Ill just sit there and make comments about how my Gamecube has Pokemon and Animal Crossing though...

That is more than likely true - (ignoring the Dreamcast) the Playstation 2 launched way before the Xbox and Gamecube and as a result it currently holds 70% of the gaming market. I think Microsoft were hoping a similar thing would happen to them if they launched their Xbox 360 earlier than the rest.
