sao placed the phone back where it belonged.

"my mom says she'll bring my stuff over in a sec. hope you don't mind waiting," sao told them.

He waved then disappeared around the house

then there was a knock at the door.

"it must be my mom," said sao.

she opened the door.

"here you go," sao's mother said with a smile.

"thanks, mom," sao replied, blushing.

sao's mother waved and drove away back to her restaurant.

"alright, i'm ready."
