Vampires have hated the sun, since the day they got their start. All their food supply wouldn't survive without the sun. Now, its been a millinium. The sun has died out, but the water now flows of blood. This gives the vampires a way of survivibng onward. They've been like this for at least 1000 years, living without the sun. Now some brave ones dare go to put out the new sun that is starting to create itself. By placing on all the protective gear they have, they set out to accomplish this task.
Rules
- 150 words minimum each post.
- You can't disappear and re-appear in another place
- You can be another creature, so long as it can also survive without the sun
- You can't be a creature you, yourself made up.
- As a vampire, you can transform into something else
- Every character you plan to control you need to fill a form out for them.

Crystal waited, in a cold, dark alley way. It approached, slowly and cautiously. She grinned, bearing her fangs, as it kept getting closer to her. A human, she now saw, and female one. This one wasn't that old, but it wasn't along. The child's mother soon entered the alleyway, and Crystal's grin broadened. She lept out, attacking the mother first. She dried every once of blood, as the mother tried even to fight back. Then she looked at the kid. Frightened, scared, and slightly crying. "It's ok, little one." She soothingly told the kid, as she got closer. The kid started to back up, and then Crystal pounced on the kid to, draining it of all of its blood. Then she smiled, after her work was completed, and licked the blood off of her lips. The sun would be up soon, so she fled to her hide-out. Yes, even this anceint memory started to come back to Crystal's mind as she sat in a tree, backing in the never ending moonlight's glow.
