Silver ran as fast as she could, trying to get home to her family; she had heard a loud boom and wondered if they were alright. Running alongside her was a striped Charmander and a black Bagon with glowing red eyes. Finally she arrived, but she was too late. A Rocket was stealing her parents' Pokemon. She stood straight and tall. "Bagon, Charmander, go!" she cried out. Both Pokemon leapt at the Rocket with powerful flames, but the Rocket dodged. "What the..." he said, letting loose a Pokeball. The Pokemon that flew out was a huge Wheezing. "Wheezing, Smokescreen!" he said, and immediatley the room filled with smoke. "Bagon, charmander, go! Run and escape this place! you too Eevee!" she cried as she loosed a Pokeball. A black Eevee with a purple aura of shadow emerged from the Pokeball. "Eev!" she cried out as the smoke filled her lungs. She ran anyways, followed by the two reluctant fire Pokemon. They cried a final goodbye as the ran, tears streaming down to the ground.

Sutyk gazed back at the town, which was illuminated by a crimson glare, most likely caused by the Rockets' pokemon leaving their pokeballs. Sighing, she nudged Twynou and the Noctowl turned to stare longingly at his home while waiting for a reply from the two Nidorans.

Amber beamed at the trainer and his two pokemon. 'Yeah, I do need to get out of here quickly. Of course, if you don't mind..' she muttered. She would have used Twynou; he could have easily flown the two to a safer place. But alas, he was in the middle of the darkening forest with little Sutyk for company.. The thought made her emerald eyes cloud with worry.
King straightened up as he saw smoke pouring from a house nearby. His crimson eyes caught sight of a dark silhouette running towards the forest, followed by two others. The Ninetales brushed Ambers' hand with his tail tip, and cried out to her to look. 'Nine! Nine..' <Look over there, someone needs help..> was his call, as he wound around Ambers' legs.The young trainer straightened up and saw the toxic gases, evidence of a Rocket attack. She could see the Rocket and his Weezing out of the corner of her eye, and gestured for the other trainer to follow her. 'King, flamethrower at those two!' she shouted without forethought, her faithful pokemon sending a torrent of flame towards the villain.

Silver reluctantly followed Amber, terrified for her family. They had escaped to the basement when the smokescreen had begun.

Meanwhile...
Eevee, Charmander and Bagon wandered the forest alone. "Eevee eve ee?" <Why did she make us leave?> said Eevee. The aura was becoming slightly blue as she became more sad. "Bag bagon ba gon ba" <She only wanted us to be safe...> reassured the Bagon, though his eyes showed fear.
"Char? Charman charm charmander?" <Where are we you guys?>

"ok" Renato umped from the tree to his tauros. "go!" THe tauros speed rapidly towards the house under attack. As he was getting closer he comander his gengar to hypnotise them.

Eevee spotted a Tauros thundering towards town. "Eevee! Eev!" <Hey! Wait up!> Charmander and Bagon both glared at her. "Charmander char char" <We shouldn't attract attention!> "Bag bagon ba." <What she said.>

Twynou looked up from the two nidoran. He had heard pounding hoofbeats against the ground, even in the forest he could catch noises from the town and vibrations in the ground. Sutyk looked concerned and leapt onto his shoulder. 'Noctoowl!' <Sounds like there's a large battle going on down there. We better find the others that managed to escape and bring them further in, wouldn't want any others to get hurt.> Twynou hooted sagely, looking towards the Pichu as he declared his plans. He turned to the two nidorans, bowing his head. 'Hoot!' <Do you mind if we try to find other escapees? I think we should all be assembled deeper into the forest. You could always come if you want, however.> he cried. The Noctowl thought it strange that Sutyk had not taken charge of the situation; she was the born leader, he was normally the shy one who worked in the background. But this time he was the protector, and she was as vulnerable as anything. Maybe it was something to do with the fact that he was the biggest one there, or the fact that they were far from Amber... For once, Twynou couldn't figure it out. Nodding to both nidoran, Twynou turned his back to them and spread his wings, waiting for their replies to whether they wanted to accompany them or not.

Ambers' emerald eyes blazed as she locked her gaze on the Rockets'. She saw both Weezing and Grunt fall to the ground, asleep. 'Nice Hypnosis,' she grinned to Gengar and its trainer. 'Cenera, use fire blast to finish them off!' she yelled, pointing to the two slumbering villains. The Ninetales sent a huge torrent of flame roaring towards them, leaving two blackened, unconscious figures in the doorway. Satisfied that the two were not a threat anymore, she beckoned for the girl to follow her to the trainers' Tauros as she herself ran to its side.

Bre woke up, and nudge Eve awake. They stretched, and then heard something, so Bre went to explore it.

Silver followed the girl, terrified for her life and her pokemon's lives.

Bagon growled. " Bagon! Bag bagon baaa!" <We have to find Silver! I heard an explosion.> The others nodded and followed as he ran towards the town again.

"not at all" said spot. Kip was acting very weird. She faced the ground and started snif it. she rised her head up again. "I.... smell renato, he's near and he's with other pokemon and a human.

Twynou nodded and gave an understanding hoot before turning round to face the dark trees. With a muffled gasp, he spotted what looked like an Umbreon and another pokemon in front, somewhat disguised by the murky gloom of the forest. Sutyk leapt down from the Noctowls' head without warning, and he could not stop her before she bounded over to both of them. The pichu seemed to be swallowed by the darkness, and Twynou hooted unsuredly as he lost sight of her.
'Pichu! Pi! <Are you escapees as well?> she asked, even though she didn't need to. Twynou shook his head as he heard her questions, laughing quietly at her naivety.
