As Team Rocket came up behide Flame, Jake and Drake they didn't get to attack them. Because lightning bolts knock them out.

Flame, Drake and Jake could hear the footsteps coming closely to them. when they thought there were going to meet the person that save the the footsteps stop but Mew was force her eyes on a tree.
