OOC: anyone can evolve to their final form now!

Gengar used psybeam on Squirly trying to make him to dizzy to stand right.
What is this annoying sound I can hear after that psybeam? Squirly though.
After Squirly regained control he stood up and charged at Gengar!
"What you going to do?"Gengar asked as he teleported behind Squirly!
"You can teleport now?"Squirly asked.
"What do you think?"Gengar replied.

Then Squirly took the top of the pole off and threw it away, then pulled out a grapple hook from inside it!
"This is what i needed!"Squirly remarked as he threw the hookline down beside Gengar, "Someone mind somehow fixing that to Gengar?"

Squirly jumped off the pole draging gengar with the rope, then he opened the flag out to help keep himself in the air, "I can fly!" Squirly shouted as he threw gengar into the trees! Then Squirly floated down and landed.

OOC: Anyone can evolve again.
