Squirly runs to the post office to check the message board for rescue missions.
An hour later squirly returns with a bad look on his face
"This is no pidgeotto we're dealing with"said Squirly with a worried voice"The mother butterfree was taken bye a Skarmory! It was on the message board!"

there was a look of dread on flare's face.

"what?! are we even advanced enough to take on a skarmory?"

"But we should be skilled enough to win through team work. Mean com'on a skarmory 1-3 agianst us we'll outsmart him"
Squirly runs to the door.
"com'on lets go to the forest. I heard skarmory lives at the center of the forest"

flare grabbed his pecha scarf and followed squirly out the door.

"let's go vine. quit stalling."

Squirly stops and says to vine "Don't forget the toolbox vine."
then he got out his scarf and put it on and run to the entrance of the forest and waited for the guys.
"hurry up guys we have to get there before that mean team or the a.c.t that always try and save the day and get all the fame!"
Squirly looks into the forest and sees some eyes!
"waaaaaaaaa" Squirly said stumbling backwards.
"we got ourselves some shroomish and they don't look friendly, maybe you should use ember flare."

flare runs up to squirly.

"no problem," he says.

he lets out an ember before the shroomish could reach squirly.

"all right! score one for me!"

Squirly paused for a sec
"what if skarmory took the caterpie and if so where did he take them or what did he do to them?"
Squirly runs in a circle
"what if skarmory ate them all and then there will be no more catterpie or butterfree!!!"
Squirly stops
"well we better go rescue butterfree before it's to late"

flare trips and sprains his knee.

"owww..."

suddenly he sees a pair of eyes in the trees.

"Flare!" Squirly said while running back but he stopped when he to saw the eyes in the tree.
"w-w-w-what is that?" Squirly said in fear!
The eyes were stareing at Squirly and Flare!

just then the pair of eyes disappeared.

flare saw something squirm down the tree trunk.

"caterpie! what are you doing here?"
