Which Starter did you start with

Just like the Version topic, but dealing with which starter you chose.
I had Piplup... Cause he's not a tutrtle who isnt Mutated, a Teenager or any kind of Martial Artist and he's not a Monkey with his backside on fire

I'm not sure if i should post this here but.
When i get diamond or diamond and pearl i'd choose piplup for a starter because... piplups are cute
and monkeys with butts on fire don't fight well in real life, i don't think it changes much on games... and although i love turtles... I love penguins more... also because piplup has the best japanese name...
Hovever if i get both diamond and pearl at the same time i'll be trading to get all three starters at the beggining because then i can get a more complete pokédex without trading anymore.

Well I got Chimchar, I seriously don't care if it's butt is on fire or not. Fire/Fighting Pokemon are cool.

I seem the only one, but I got a Turtwig! All my friends got piplups and I don't like fire monkeys with firey butts...

I chose Turtwig as well! He becomes partially ground type and eventually learns Earthquake.

For the first time ever I was tempted to get the grass starter because Torterra looks awesome, but I ended up with Piplup because it has an undeniable charm, which I can see has won over quite a few people.

I went for Turtwig also, his final evolution was what made me take him. He also has done very well against all the gym leaders so far.

I chose Piplup, because I like Empoleon more than Torterra and Infernape.

I picked Piplup because it looked the best out of all of the starters, and it evolves into a Water/Steel type. I might try to go onto the GTS with a bred Piplup to trade for a Turtwig, though.

I chose all three. I kept restarting my gan=me and trading them to my friend, so we both ended up with them all! It took a while, though.

I just managed to get a Turtwig over the GTS with a Cranidos, which I have plenty of.

I managed to get D/P today! ^_^ no idea what my friend code is yet....but I'll let you know whne i know!
I started with Chimchar. ^_^ just appealled to me since i first seen the pics of the starters... I Have given it a nickname - Diddy.
