Where do you find your rival?

Where do you find your rival after you beat the elite 4. I got these sightings of him.

1. I saw him after I took the snowpoint city boat to the fight area.

2. I saw him once I got close to the battle tower.

3. I saw him once I went to stark mountain.

4. I saw him in the middle off stark mountain.

5. I saw him once I went to the fight Are again and he battled me.

I could imagin that that would be it, but once I went into a building and came back he was gone. He wasn't at home. Does anyone know anymore sightings that I might find him in the game after the elite 4?

he appears every saturday outside the battle tower, looking for a fight - i think he's there every sunday too, but dont quote me on that last part as i havent looked it up to confirm.

Does his pokemon get stronger every time you battle him or is it just the same level everytime.

It's around the same level each time. High 50, low 60. His starter being the highest level.

It's Every saturday and Sunday that he appears.
