I like it, especially the Drifblim Passer (Makes good use out of Charge Beam!) but I don't really understand a few things...
Why have Thunder Wave on Octillery when it's using Specs? You'd have to switch out again right away, no?
Since you Drifblim will be passing it's stat boosts on to Shiftry (I don't see anything else possible to pass it to...), you don't need Nasty Plot right? I mean, unless you get stuck in a bad situation, Drifblim should be able to pass enough Sp. Atk so that Shift could use the moveslot for another attack right?

Yeah, that was a rough draft of the theme. Originally, I was going to put Thunder Wave on Octillery to make the person think I don't have a Choice Item on him. After some work, this is the official UU Team I'm going to use.
Octillery is still my Special Sweeper, but it now has Life Orb instead of Choice Specs. I can deal with the Recoil Damage.
Hitmontop is my Rapid Spinner + Back-Up Physical Sweeper. With Technician, all of those weak moves are powered up. Except for Earthquake of course. ^.^; But that's powerful without Technician.
Drifblim is my Sleep Inducer + Baton Passer + Gyarados Counter. With a Timid Nature, 31 IVs, and Maxed SPD EVs, Drifblim will outrun Gyarados without a Dragon Dance in play, put it to sleep, Calm Mind once, and then Thunderbolt its butt. If it switches, I'll just Baton Pass to counter the switch-in.
Kangaskhan is my SubPuncher. Sucker Punch will pick off Psychic-types that try to wall Focus Punch. Return is for STAB and will hit Ghosts with Scrappy as its ability.
Nidoking is my Mixed Sweeper that will outrun most UU threats with Choice Scarf attached to it. Ground + Fire + Ice hits pretty much everything for at least neutral damage and Shadow Claw is for Psychic-Types who dare stand in my way.
Meganium is my Counter + Seeder. Synthesis will heal any damage and Energy Ball is for Bulky Water Types that will wall my Octillery.
Thanks for pointing some stuff out for my Sprite. ^.^
