OH MY GOD!!! NOOOO!!!! I was just playing pokemon HeartGold and ran into a shiny, WHILE ON THE MISSION FOR ELM! A.K.A before I get my first pokeballs!! I feel so cheated...

One time when I came accross I shiny pokemon it was a trainers pokemon. (yes the odds of finding a shiny also goes for trainers pokes as well)

idk, i don't the trainer I battled was one that you could battle more than once. I believe it was either my sapphaire or emerlad version. This happened to me so long ago that I forgot the specific version it happened and what trainer it was.

That's never happened to me before, I consider myself lucky. I do have a traded shiny raticate. At least it wasn't that good a shiny.
