as you complete quests and tasks, you'll get some maps to some islands via Mr. Briany's boat - by completing quests/tasks on one of those islands will give you the map to access meditiation island

I go online from home and sometimes from work (shhhhhh.....)

Is it against the rules if I click the same person from both? Sometimes I forget

I hope not, I do the same. Like the multi clickers, which are allowed just as long as you give enough time between clicks, using different ip addresses to click the same Pokemon would be allowed as long as your not using 100 different ip's on your own Pokemon. Then again, that would be hard to tell, but yeah, just keep it fair and use your extra ip click on other people as well as your own and we'll all be good

When I designed the AA I implemented daily click limits both for Pokémon earning exp and users earning money/exp from clicks rather than attempt to enforce clicking rules because it would be simply infeasible to police. We're pretty laissez-faire with users clicking their own Pokémon so it's up to you what you do but as Ace said we do ask users to not overload our servers (which is only realistically applicable to machine-clickers) and in the spirit of the game to share some of those clicks with others

Normally you have to get a pokemon to maximum happiness and then level it up once. So if your pichu is at max happiness it should evolve when it hits level 4.

This last blue shard is driving me crazy. Does it have something to do with a quest? Or is it hidden throughout the world?

Did you revisit everywhere on the map each and every day?

2 of them appear in places you have already been lots but might not revisit if you have no need.

(I think anyways, please forgive me if I got the shard colours mixed up)

I am missing a couple of quests, like the Mei-Hua Sunflora quest and the berry order at King's Rock quest. I was wondering where in the world one goes to begin those..? I thought perhaps they'd come later, but I've seen a bunch of people with only a few beginning quests that have those two, and I feel like I've completely missed something X'3

Those quests are all available at one of the islands you can reach when you give a map to Mr Briney. Someone else might be able to fill you in on the specific map as I can't remember off the top of my head, but it's a map which is freely available pretty much from the beginning.
