Glad I guessed right and ignored it. Yeah, it went away eventually...just took a while.

Too bad there wasn't an "Ignore its plight" link to help lose karma. This achievement is taking forever.

So, I have a box full of unhatched Digletts and noticed that the Mystery Man disappeared.... I was just wondering what was the feature that was going to be unlocked if we had got the 100,000 pokemon to give to the man???

Probably something like the new Events that gives you Karma.

the events involving helping a pokemon that gives you karma was actually an old event that somehow managed to get itself removed and finally added back in. My guess though is that the 100k pokemon feature reveal thing was the new mining system.

^ I don't thiink you actually need to find him, try looking other places that you may have already checked today.

Hint: you can only do it on this day every week.

I'm not sure you need to do anything else with the glasses, if you noticed talking to roark does nothing and there is no pending quest for them either.

How does the leveling system work? I know that giving attention to your pokemon once a day and putting them in the ranch (which at the moment is even slower). I noticed that I also leveled up at some point but have no idea how... can anyone explain this to me?

Various things you do give you Breeder Experience (which you can track in that section at the right of your homepage). Interacting with Pokemon gives breeder experience (the Golden User's Pokemon give more than the norm, whoever the Golden User is on a given day). In addition, breeder experience comes from keeping Pokemon on your Ranch (which starts admittedly slow, but picks up a little as the Ranch itself levels up), completing quests, and from some of the regularly recurring prizes on the site...the Hourly Gift is a possible example, if you can get your hands on it.

If you want to know how much more breeder experience you need to gain another level, just check on your homepage.

Bumping this question but now I have another.
I have a quirky natured pokemon, it says it Can conjure up special items when philosophising. What is "philosophising" exactly? Do I put him in meditation island?
