Actually, there's only one coder, Pikachu3828 - although i do have access to, and do read, the code itself. One thing i do know, Chansey is unobtainable. What hapened was, Pikachu3828 created a female blissey as a test and special item for the shopping center and put the price at 1,000,000 pokedollars... well, one day, somebody got that and in a couple of minutes Pikachu3828 found himself an AA millionaire. Who bought the Blissey, we do not know (well, I do, but I aint saying). Whomever did buy it bred it for a few Happineys for some friends, but nobody's been showing anything. I do remember hearing about this before. That's why I have Chansey listed as unobtainable, but Blissey and Happiny as available, since (technically) they are out there and obtainable, somewhere. Certainly not easily obtainable, but who knows?
