Can't get starter pokemon.

I just registered, and clicked the link sent to my email. I come back to get my starter pokemon, and answer the boy/girl/mustache questions. I answer them, and it then tells me I got the starter and the breeder's license... But if I go to any other page, it tells me to do all that over again. I've tried different answers, but that didn't work either. I guess something is messing up for me.

odd... database claims you have your starter set of pokemon, but hasnt created the rest of the set. I've set it so you should be able to try again now, hopfully it will work, if not, come back in here and post some details about your browser, os, what exactly else you've done prior to answering those questions.

Still not working...

I went to http://www.thepikaclub.co.uk/adopt/index.php and marked the options I wanted (girl, Raichu, yes, Charmander). It tells me it worked, but I had an error at the bottom of the page, which I remember happening the first time I tried, too. It didn't happen on other tries. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not, but I'll copy it here. I use Firefox 17.0.1, Windows XP.

The Error:

Yeah, that error is whats causing the problem. It is issuing your starting pokemon but it wont create the rest of your profile. This is pending until our main coder can have a look at it. Sorry for this.
