I'm making this topic a bit late as I've already wandered around both the forums and the Adoption Agency. So far so good, if a bit empty, though that makes sense.
I got here by clicking on someone's card in their signature on an avatar forum and found the mechanics of the Adoption Agency to be intriguing.

I see there's a forum for questions so I'll drop in there right after this.
