On Ruby/Sapphire all you have to do is beat the elite four with the amulet coin and you get around 30,000 each time ( I think...I haven't tryied in a while). Once I had about 700k so I just decided to buy 99 Full Restores, 198 Ultra Balls, and some other junk that I never use

I already have that much on sapphire. Amulet coin + elite 4 = lotta money. How easy it is to solve debt problems in the pokemon world.

You can do that in America too, just with a slight variation:
Item = Lawyer
Person = Who gives a damn, you can sue them anyway
