Claim my newbie pack

...I receive a page saying that there is an error. Is there a plausible reason as to why this occured? I would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me on this matter. Thank you in advance.

No, 25 posts is for claiming your first PokÃƒÂ©mon. The Newbie pack is lower, about 5 or 10 I think, but I can't remember for sure
