Roleplaying tags

When I first set up the roleplaying forum and the roleplaying tags, I thought they would aid roleplayers, but I have been told by some they would prefer to roleplay without them, so I am giving people a choice, the roleplaying tags can stay mandatory or become optional, you can make your decision by voting. I am setting a limit of 20 days on this poll, and the majority decision at the end will decide what happens the roleplaying tag. They stay compulsory by default in the event of a draw.

, I voted for Voluntary, which is optional, because I feel that it might make the roleplaying forum better if it was optional.

((I voted Optional as well, since I use different ways to RP. Now, if you could customize the tags, I would have voted differently. However, this is not the case.))

I want them to stay. I need them for my fourm based RPG.

I say compulsory. It's extremely difficult to roleplay if everyone is using different formats etc., in my opinion. Plus, I think this way is very organized, making it easier to read the roleplaying on the posts.

What are these different formats you speak of? There really is no way other to roleplay other than plain old text and the current roleplaying tags, which are really annoying.

No, you don't have to

The options are to make roleplaying tags compulsory or voluntary. Either way, they're not going away. It just means if voluntary is voted for then it is up to the individual user's decision whether to use them or not.
