Buizeru is so cute! I read it can swim by using its propeller-like tail. I wonder what they'll call it over here...

Buizeru swims ? I always thought it to be a fire type due to its colour, I never noticed it's tail and fin-like arms until you said that

These are the names I found out:
Buizeru - Buoysel
Perappu - Perap
Tamanta - Tamanta
Of course, I like the first ones better.
And about Buizeru, I read that it can swim like that from somewhere else.

I doubt those "translated" names are what they will be out here. I'd actually prefer that they use Perappu's japanese name as it's english name. same with Tamanta.
There are no official names for any D/P pokemon besides Munchlax (Gonbe), Lucario (Rukario), and Bonsly (Usohachi). I put the japanese names in parenthesis.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Tamanta the same in English and Japanese?Powerchu wrote: I'd actually prefer that they use Perappu's japanese name as it's english name. same with Tamanta.

I'm not too sure if those'll be the real US names, because they were the versions that got rid of all of the Japanese accent. But I'm pretty sure (and I hope) that they will be similar at final, but I'll probably call it a Buizeru when I get one in P/D. (Hopefully it's in both versions...)

I do agree about the color part but there is a small problem with that theory, Perappu is pure Flying where Natu is Psychic/Flying and looks nothing like Natu or Xatu. At least Bellossom has a small resemblence to Gloom (gloom's leaf things and bellossom's skirt thingy).miradapurple wrote:perappu Coudl be, as my previous theory states a form of natu or Xatu. Probably a branch evolution from Natu, liek in the eevee evolutions or gloom. Notice th ebright colors, exactly like those found on Natu's and Xatu's body.
Anyone agree?

Being that Perap is the first and (so far) only pure flying type it's a safe assumption that it doesn't evolve from or to any currently known Pokémon
