Ditto, if it's a male. If you want a houndour baby, which I'm assuming, you must have a female houndoom/houndour. Look on serebii's egg groups for houndou.

Oh, and im gonna post a cheat right now on here, its for Ruby AND SAphire.
Hydro Bagon
1. Get a female SAlamice and a Male Gyrados that knows hydro pump
2. Breed them and get a pokemon egg
3. Now, when you hacth the egg, it should know Hydro Pump, if not, try again!
( Its an egg move, but hey, you get it earlier! )
