The box was filled with glowing, pulsing, gems.

She took out a bright red one, and looked at it closely.

"It's actuly giving off light of it's own....."

Jake new something was up.

I'm not just sitting here.....I have to see what that girls doing....She had that wierd map and then she left......

"Exusse(sp?) me, can i please go to the bath room!" Jake asked.

Just as he said that he felt so stupid.

"Do all of you have to go somewhere?" The teacher said looking slightly mad.

"Um..No, but i really need to go......" Jake said in a strange smiley.

*sigh* " Fine...." She replid.

Jake slowly left the room.

the second he was out he ran out side and looked around.

Ray was about to say he wasen't feeling well, but he decided he wouldn't have a chance

Might as well try...

"Er...Mrs. Covington, can I go to my locker and get my ruler?"

"No, too many people have left already" She said, looking irritated

Ray sunk into his seat and waited for everyone else to finish

Scylla counted the stones.

There were fifteen of them. She picked one of then up, and it burned her hand.

"Yowch!"

Tere was a silver mark on her palm where it had touched.

She gingerly picked it up agian, though this time The stone was just a bit cool. She examined it closely. It was bright blue, and shone clearly even in the sunlight. She put it in her pocket, and took the other fourteen stones and put them in her backpack.

She put the box back where it was and started to walk to the office.

Scylla picked up her P.E. Uniform and headed out the door.

"So it's lunch now."

Jake saw flame put the rocks in the backpack but thats all.

Jake ran up to her.

"Hey...Um this might sound wierd but i followed you when you wherre out side." Jake said.

"Whats with thoughs stones?" Jake asked. "Im not trying to stalk you or anything im just curius"

Scylla strode into hte lunch room, saw an enpty table, with only a boy sitting at it. She slid into a seat, and started to unpack her lunch.
