Feebas can be problamatic to catch. but here's all the info/tricks you need to catch one.
You need to fish in the river of Route 119 to find feebas, but it's a little more annoying than that. There is only 6 squares that it can be found it, and they are completly random for each game. (the term square is sililar to steps, if you take one step in the game, you move one square. Since you'll be surfing on the water, square is a little more apropriate than step.) Not only are those squares random, but every time you change the trendy phrase in dewford, these squares randomly change once more. What the phrase is doesnt affect where the feebas are, so i could give you my phrase i used to catch my feebas, and you probably wouldnt cacth it where i did.
Right, now how to catch. First, get on the water on route 119, you'll want to surf. Start fishing on one square, maybe try it about 5-6 times before moving onto the next one by it. While you can use any rod, use a Super Rod since then you can only get Feebas or Carvanha. If you find a square that has feebas on it, you'll find they are common on that square, so if you fail to catch it in a pokeball, fish that spot again and it'll show up again soon.
That's all the tricks i know to catch a feebas, other than have paitents. It can take anywhere from five minutes to five weeks to check the squares and find a feebas. And remeber if you change the phrase in dewford, you'll have to check all the squares you already checked
Hope that helps.
