I think my gardevoir's moveset (sapphire) is quite unique.

Gardevoir @ Twisted Spoon OR Scope Lens
Psychic (lvl or TM)
Shock Wave (TM)
Hidden Power {Grass} (TM)
Double Team (lvl or TM)

the reason I have Shock Wave instead of Thunder Bolt is to counter those that use Double Team.
Hidden Power {Grass} is a good attack at 70 power so it can cover Ground and Rock types pretty well along with those Water/Ground pokemon. It will be pretty hard to get the right IVs for it though.

I prefer Scope Lens so I have a better chance of getting a critical hit.

I agree with powerchu it gardevoir did couter alot of attack BTW how to get twisted spoon I cacth almost the whole psychic type to get that thing
