i need help. im looking for a quick way to level up my pokemon when they are already at a high level so does anybody have any ideas and ive already got experience share

Once you already obtained the national pokedex your rival will be seen every saturday and sunday infront of the battle center.

No, you've got to to see everyone and make the story proceed so you can get it. I just put two Pokémon who can't breed with each other into the Day Care and ride up and down Cycling Road for a while. But that depends on whether your Pokémon need 20,000 EXP or 200,000 EXP to level up. Or you could go to a route where you could beat all of the wild Pokémon there with one Pokémon and stick the Exp. Share to another.

Attach a lucky egg to the first pokemon in your party. Then, all the experience you gain from each battle will be doubled. Lucky eggs can be found on wild chanseys. Your pokemon will level up twice as fast!

If you have wi fi trade the pokemon that needs exp on the gts for one just like yours and every time you win you will get boosted exp.

actually you can.
all you have to do is lose to cynthia after her last pokemon and you could get it.
It worked on me.
That's how I got mewtwo before beating the game
