My guess:

Elcaro (Backwards Oracle)
then a variation
Elikario
Or
Ykario (They used spanish numbers with the birds, so the Y would be an E, making better usage of the name)

It's japanese name is Rukario.
But in America Pokemon fans think is name is going to be Lucario.

Lucario/Rukario is Steel and fighting.
Classification: Wave-Guiding Pokemon
Height: 4' 00" W
Weight: 11.9. Ibs

And it seem to talk in the 8th moive like Myutsuu (Mewtwo) and Nyassu (Meowth)

It's confirmed now, it's Lucario. Still don't know how I feel about this name, I guess I'll warm up to it.

New info about Rukario, I just finish watch the Myuu and the Wave Guilding Hero moive. And oddly eogunh Rukario talks just like Myuutsu but dislike Satoshi in the moive because they get into a fight sence which I love. I wounder if Rukario is going to talk in the us version too.

Here Here, Rukario is a much better name. But it's not for fact that in the us that it's going to be Lucario.
