yeah, i agree with Undead's point... in fact the gender of the trainer image is how i'm learning who's a guy and who's a girl around here... its not exact for those using the opposite gender for whatever reason, but it helps a bit

i know that some people like to use images opposite of their gender. i myself like using sprites of my own gender. It does help in learning people's genders but it is not a surefire way of figuring people's genders though.

Anyways so far no luck on my breeding adventures. breeding dratini using a starf berry to try to get a shiny dratini. lol

On a side note, I HATE daylight savings time this time of year. The clocks may read 7am in the morning, but I KNOW it's really 6am!

eh, most people don't like using sprites that are a different gender then their own, it causes confusion. If someone had a female sprite, and that was all you ever saw when dealing with them, you would think of them as female. That being said, a few of the sprite prizes have been a let down for me, working hard for a sprite that I'll never use, just because it's female, so it goes both ways

yeah, just because you don't using a specfic sprite because of the gender doesn't make it any less cool.

If anyone has one of the three birds from xmas and don't wanna put up with getting the 999 points for heatran, I'm willing to trade/retrade so we can register as caught. Wanna keep my heatran and never really liked the birds, just wanna get them in the dex.

Also, don't know if they'll be released nine months from now too, so why not take an opportunity to register em now?

I didn't say that it was uncool if you're a girl. But, being the person that spent ages levelling up 3 pokemon in order to get a sprite I'll never use, it is kind of annoying. I like it, but it's not very useful to me.

but you cant deny its the perfect reward for the achievment... no matter how unuseful it is for you, or how unsatisfying it is to get a trainer sprite for leveling up 3 pokemon to thier max evolutions - i defy anyone to come up with a reward that is better suited to the achievement...

And no, just becuase any pokemon handed out would be a better reward, doesnt mean that it is better suited to the achievment

I bred like one hundred pichus and none of them were shiny. XD
