got all of my eggs hatched. i have a nice little duskull sitting in my box along with a couple scyther and a couple girafarig. my sevii 3 island egg hatched into cottonee. lols

Isn't a pokemon that evolves from happiness suppose to evolve when the happiness lady tells you"Your Eevee...Congratulations! I've never seen a Pokémon so close to its owner!" and you level it up?
