NetBattle forum update
The results of the NetBattle forum poll are in and it seems that people want to keep the NetBattle forum. Therefore I am going to give it a week or two to get going, as presumably the people who voted yes want to keep it so they can post in it. If it's still empty within a week or two, it will be deleted, but for now it remains open.
