Where is the link for getting your first pokemon?

I can't find it, and I supossed to be in the middle of a battle. but I can finish the battle becaseu I don't have a pokemon to battle with.

Go to the main site. Click reload. You should see a link that says YOU ARE IN A BATTLE at the top of the page. Click quickly.
