Chances to obtail Wild Pokemon?

What are the chances of running into a wild Pokemon? I've been clicking for 30 minutes with no luck.

I have found spearow and this other pokemon,It takes a long time to actually find a weak wild pokemon!

usually when i click search for wild pokemon nothing happens but when i dont they just sometimes randomly appear

When yuor searching for one, they don't like to appear but when your busy...say like gonig to another town for some reason they sure as _____ will plague you!
