How to get a voltorb?

Hi, i'm currently in a team rocket mission, and it asks me to get a voltorb. The boss says the voltorb is in the deposit but when i look for it it says that coudn't find it. What do i need to do to get the voltorb? and where do i get it?

Just keep on looking till you find one. It took me about an hour to find one.
