omg okay. Im like an embaresment to myself but where do you get FLY in Leaf green. Its been so long....

From celedon city, head west towards cycle road. before you get to the hut you walk through to access cycle road, use cut on a bush at the top of the road. follow that new path to a small hidden house where the person inside will give you fly.

Yeah, you'll get a lot of things if you talk to people... HMs, TMs, Items, Balls, and a bunch of battles....
